All applications must be submitted online in the careers section of the website. You can attach up to 5 different documents to your profile. You may be attaching a document that is not supported or is too large. You cannot attach a file that exceeds the allocated limit of 500 kilobytes.
There could be various reasons. The Consignment/Waybill number could be wrong. You must enter a valid 8 digit numeric number (e.g. 12345678, 87654321), so please recheck the number and try again.
This generally occurs when a shipment is not delivered due to reasons beyond the control of NAQEL. We feel such matters can be resolved quickly by contacting our customer service, either thru email on email@example.com or contact our call centre on 920020505.
At NAQEL we take every step to deliver the shipment to the correct recipient. Generally of the recipient is not available and authorized someone else to collect on his/her behalf we deliver the shipment accordingly. If the correct consignee has not received the shipment still, it is advisable that such matters can be resolved quickly by contacting our customer service, either thru email on firstname.lastname@example.org or contact our call centre on 920020505.
